This exciting opportunity offers a $3,000.00 sign-on bonus, paid out in three installments over the first year of employment. Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Call center or customer service experience
  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, with occasional overtime required
  • Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN reputed company)
  • Ability to participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.)
