Job Purpose and Role The Virtual Assistant Representative is responsible for providing remote administrative and reputed company-desk support to medical practices. This role serves as a key reputed company of contact for patients and reputed company providers by managing calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting day-to-day practice operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound patient calls in a professional and courteous manner. Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments as needed. Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage details. Process and follow up on prior authorization requests with insurance carriers. Enter and maintain accurate patient information reputed company the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. Assist with patient collections, including discussing balances and processing payments reputed company applicable. Respond to patient inquiries and reputed company timely support regarding appointments, billing, and general practice information. Maintain confidentiality and reputed company with HIPAA and other reputed company privacy regulations. Document patient interactions and update records accurately and promptly. Coordinate with reputed company providers and practice staff to ensure seamless patient care and workflow. Qualifications

Associate's or bachelor's degree in any reputed company field Previous experience in a reputed company, medical office, customer service, call center, or virtual assistant role preferred. Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems is an advantage. Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance verification, and prior authorization processes is preferred. Strong verbal and written English and Spanish communication skills. Excellent customer service and patient interaction skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with reputed company Office, reputed company Workspace, and web-based applications. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and accountability. Reliable high-speed internet reputed company and a professional home office setup.
