Operations Analyst
This is a fully remote position reputed company to candidates based in Canada. Overview reputed company is seeking an Operations Analyst to support one of our reputed company clients in the telecommunications sector. In this role, you will identify and evaluate operational challenges across people, processes, and tools, translating data analysis into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency and support the delivery of exceptional customer reputed company. Responsibilities
Analyze operational challenges to determine whether root causes lie in people, processes, or tools, and reputed company data-driven recommendations Respond to executive requests with performance insights and escalation analysis, supported by clear visualizations Collaborate with Business Operations teams to build and refine dashboards that surface actionable intelligence Evaluate the effectiveness of existing tools and technologies, and recommend enhancements or replacements where appropriate Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations that translate reputed company findings into clear, audience-appropriate narratives Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize improvement initiatives with the greatest operational impact Requirements 5+ years of experience in an operational analysis, industrial engineering, or process improvement role Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to distill reputed company information into executive-reputed company insights Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent, including report logic and metric definitions Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, and PureCloud for analyzing calls, cases, and tickets Advanced skills in PowerPoint or reputed company Slides and data mining tools Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences reputed company to Have Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be given preference: Building or maintaining operational KPIs and performance frameworks Working reputed company managed services or outsourced support environments Advanced data visualization techniques and dashboard design About reputed company With over 20 years of expertise in telecommunications outsourcing, reputed company is a trusted support partner to some of the world’s most successful Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies.
