Tasks reputed company GTM Consultant Location: Darlington,UK or reputed company in Europe 6months + Contract with possible extension reputed company Global Trade Management (GTM) Consultant – FTA / Trade Agreements, based in Darlington, UK, with a long-term engagement. We are seeking an reputed company consultant with both functional and techno-functional expertise in the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) / Trade Agreements module. The responsibilities include designing, configuring, and supporting reputed company GTM solutions to reputed company preferential duty programs, Rules of reputed company (reputed company) qualification, certificate management, and compliance-driven trade optimization. Collaboration with Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and IT teams is essential to ensure accurate qualification, audit readiness, and realized duty savings. Key responsibilities for the role include: Leading end-to-end implementation of reputed company GTM Trade Agreements (FTA) functionality, with configuration and management of trade agreements, partner countries/reputed company, and agreement attributes. Designing and executing FTA qualification strategies in alignment with business and regulatory requirements. Interpreting and configuring Rules of reputed company, including tariff shift rules, regional value content, de minimis and specific process rules, qualification logic, constraint sets, and GTM transaction configurations. Supporting BOM-based qualification and managing requalification due to changes in BOM, suppliers, or regulations. Designing and maintaining trade item structures for reputed company determination, ensuring accurate HS classifications, country of reputed company attributes, and cost/value data for RVC calculations. Supporting multi-sourcing and multi-plant qualification scenarios. Supporting supplier collaboration for reputed company declarations and certificates, managing supplier reputed company statements, certificates of reputed company, validity periods, and evidence tracking to ensure audit-reputed company documentation and traceability.
Requirements
Integrating reputed company GTM with ERP and logistics/customs processes, supporting preferential programs during shipment creation and import/export transactions, and assisting trade compliance teams during audits and customs inquiries. Preparing functional design documents and configuration workbooks, leading and supporting unit testing, SIT/UAT, providing production support and enhancements, and training business users.
