Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional team of data investigators, BI engineers, system administrators, and data consumers to deliver performance insights across reputed company Health. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Directing the delivery of reputed company Health data and insights drives and projects, supporting long-term and reputed company data ETL and data warehousing activities to meet reporting and analysis expectations.
• Designing, developing, and deploying layered databases and data pipelines to support reporting and analysis projects.
• Creating data organizing and pre-processing rules for populating sensible and actual data models attached to report-specific working tables for both project business intelligence and pre-defined reporting solutions.
• Applying data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large datasets from various internal reputed company production system sources and reputed company-party records.
• Performing data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard reputed company datasets (e.g., member eligibility, clinical claims, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS files).

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• Proven, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts.
