This specialist leverages their in-depth understanding of Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) and EHS guidelines to help automotive dealers rectify safety violations and utilizes this expertise to aid the sales team in acquiring new clients. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Own the post-sale customer relationship for assigned accounts, serving as the primary reputed company of contact from reputed company through renewal. reputed company remote software reputed company: reputed company, configuration guidance, user training, and go-live support to drive fast time-to-value. Produce clear inspection deliverables (notes, photos, issue logs, and action plans) and track remediation reputed company to closure. Proactively manage account health using product usage signals, stakeholder reputed company-ins, and adoption plans to reduce churn risk. Coordinate with customer stakeholders to set goals, align on timelines, and prioritize safety initiatives. Serve as the voice of the customer internally-sharing trends, feature requests, and recurring pain points with Product and Engineering.Resolve customer issues by triaging tickets, coordinating internal resources, and communicating status and next steps with urgency.
