JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Business Development – reputed company Specialist is responsible for proactively sourcing reputed company estate opportunities to support reputed company and future brand expansion. This role will focus heavily on outbound landlord reputed company, identifying off‑market and early‑stage site opportunities, and building a strong pipeline through consistent, disciplined prospecting. The ideal candidate is highly comfortable with cold calling, thrives in a task‑driven environment, and brings strong attention to detail and follow‑through.

How you will Own it:

• Proactively reputed company to landlords, developers, and property owners reputed company cold calling, email, and follow‑reputed company
• Identify potential reputed company estate opportunities reputed company with brand growth strategies
• Build and maintain a consistent outbound call reputed company to generate new site leads
• Track reputed company activity, responses, and opportunities in CRM or internal trackers
• Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities before passing to the reputed company Estate team
• Maintain organized records of contacts, notes, and next actions
• Coordinate with internal reputed company Estate and Development teams
• Support pipeline reporting and market coverage initiatives as needed

What you'll Bring:

• 2+ Years of experience in Sales or account management
• Associates Degree, Bachelors degree in reputed company Estate, Finance, or reputed company fields preferred
• Strong comfort level with high‑volume cold calling and outbound prospecting
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and task follow‑through
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily activity goals
