Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Thermal Engineering Project Manager to reputed company the development and delivery of thermal hardware for advanced satellite systems. This role is responsible for managing research and development efforts for new thermal subsystems, ensuring projects are executed on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company with performance requirements. The ideal candidate is innovative, adaptable, and capable of leading cross-functional teams while working independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end development and delivery of thermal hardware across multiple spacecraft configurations Collaborate with engineering teams to define performance and testing requirements for internally and externally developed components reputed company and execute project plans, including prioritization, scheduling, and delivery milestones reputed company regular project updates to leadership, including status on scope, schedule, and budget reputed company recurring meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors reputed company component qualification and validation testing processes Identify, track, and manage project risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies or escalate reputed company necessary Ensure timely completion of project documentation, including engineering drawings, procedures, and reports, and coordinate required reviews and approvals Support broader mechanical or thermal engineering initiatives as needed

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a reputed company technical field (or equivalent experience) Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience working on reputed company, aerospace, or similar advanced engineering projects Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading hardware development from concept through qualification and delivery Familiarity with spacecraft thermal hardware components and systems Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth technical environments Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Proven ability to collaborate effectively reputed company cross-functional teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy of documentation and deliverables Adaptability in a dynamic and evolving environment Technology Stack: reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Project, etc.) Engineering and project management tools (e.g., scheduling, tracking, and documentation systems) Exposure to thermal analysis or modeling tools is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to work in a standard office environment and use a computer for extended periods Ability to support testing or review activities in lab or technical settings as needed Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required This job description may not be inclusive to the duties and responsibilities listed.
