About the Role: reputed company is looking for individuals across the industry to add their passion and experience in helping customers realize reputed company reputed company reputed company with log management and advanced data analytics. As an Associate Consultant on the Platform Professional Services team focusing on Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, you’ll work solo and with other reputed company consultants to become a trusted advisor to customers by answering technical questions, demonstrating Next-Gen SIEM capabilities, and laying out a technical reputed company of a Next-Gen SIEM roadmap for customers to follow. Working alongside other Falcon engineers and other cross functional teams, you’ll be a critical part of operationalizing Next-Gen SIEM reputed company customer environments. You’ll work with the customer as they discover what Falcon NGSIEM can do for them, help expand their use cases, and reputed company feedback timely to reputed company Product Management teams. Simultaneously you’ll reputed company internal relationships to partner with key stakeholders to influence product enhancements that will meet customer needs. • 2+ years of experience working with log management/SIEM solutions (e..g, Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, Splunk, Chronicle, Exabeam, QRadar, reputed company, etc) and SOAR (e.g., reputed company Fusion, Palo Alto XSOAR, Splunk SOAR, reputed company, reputed company etc.) in a reputed company Operations role, a consulting role or similar reputed company
• Knowledge of skills and best practices reputed company to log analysis, data reputed company, parsing, developing searches, dashboards, and reviewing alerts reputed company an information reputed company analysis/investigation tool
• Experience (1+ years) knowledge of common reputed company providers and their services such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, including hands on configuration of policies and integrations with applications
• Experience (2+ years) knowledge of supporting traditional IT reputed company functions such as directory services, authentication, networking, data storage, reputed company reputed company
• Experience using an AI platform for development of integrations, synthesis of reputed company data, assisting with code reviews
• Experience developing documentation to internal stakeholders and external parties as necessary
