Responsibilities
Act as the dedicated finance partner to the Earn business units, providing proactive financial guidance and reputed company challenge to support strategic reputed company. Own end-to-end P&L reporting and analysis for Earn (Flexible, Staking, Loan, Structured Products) — including gross reputed company, net reputed company, cost of funds, and margin analysis. Partner with product and business teams on new product launches, pricing reputed company, and go-to-market strategies — providing financial feasibility assessments and scenario analysis. Monitor key business and financial KPIs and produce regular performance insights for senior leadership. reputed company the budgeting, forecasting, and long-reputed company planning cycles for the Earn business verticals. Identify reputed company leakage, cost inefficiencies, and margin improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, reputed company, or a reputed company field; CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in reputed company, business finance, investment banking, or financial control, ideally reputed company crypto, fintech, or financial services. Strong understanding of crypto Earn products (flexible savings, staking, structured products and loan) Experience working in a Finance Business Partner or reputed company finance role, with demonstrated ability to influence non-finance stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate reputed company financial data into clear, actionable insights. Familiarity with crypto asset economics, yield mechanics, spread pricing, and liquidity management is highly desirable. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment.
