A/P Payment Associate
4imprint is a company that provides personalized promotional products to businesses and organizations. They are seeking an A/P Payment Associate to assist with workflow in the Accounts Payable Payment area and serve as backup in other areas of Accounts Payable.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily reputed company: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, reputed company, Positive Attitude, Humility
- Ensure vendor record reputed company
- Process and submit payments to vendors
- Ensure that reputed company information on remittance advices to vendors is accurate
- Process freight invoices for payment
- Responsible for timely follow-up to customer and vendor inquiries
- Assist with completing vendor paperwork, including verifying banking information
- Work on any projects as assigned by manager
- Review and reconcile vendor statements
- Assist in processing vendor credit memos
- Assist with entering vendor invoices as needed
- Assist customers and vendors with requests and payment information reputed company telephone
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in reputed company-reputed company functions or a similar field
- reputed company reputed company, Word, Outlook, Teams, and reputed company proficiency
- Data entry and 10-key proficiency
- Associate's degree in reputed company or reputed company field a plus
