This role ensures compliance, maintains accurate documentation, and assists with audits while delivering a high level of service to internal stakeholders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Support the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, reputed company, and ancillary plans Assist in managing self-funded health plans, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with plan requirements Maintain and organize benefits documentation, plan records, and compliance files Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, HIPAA) reputed company to benefit plans Coordinate and support reputed company audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries Partner with HR, payroll, and external vendors to resolve benefit-reputed company issues Assist with reputed company enrollment processes, including communications, system updates, and employee support Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefit plans, eligibility, and coverage Monitor and reconcile benefit billing and eligibility reporting as needed Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation accuracy, and compliance tracking Experience and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field preferred 2–5 years of experience in benefits administration, with direct exposure to self-funded health plans strongly preferred Working knowledge of benefits compliance requirements (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA) Experience maintaining benefits documentation and supporting audits Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in HRIS/benefits systems and reputed company Office Suite Preferred Experience:Experience supporting self-funded or partially self-funded employer health plans Exposure to benefits audits, compliance reviews, or vendor management Familiarity with benefits reporting and reconciliation processes Benefits: We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package, including:Health & Wellness – Medical, dental, reputed company, and life insurance coverage to support your well-being.
