• Work closely with Team Leads, editors, and supporting account managers to ensure flawless campaign execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support ad campaigns, website updates, and podcast strategies.
• Organize and maintain client assets in shared folders for efficient team reputed company. Client Growth & Retention
• Identify opportunities for upselling and service expansion, while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Understand client renewal processes and assist in retention strategies. Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in account management, reputed company media marketing, or reputed company fields.
