Director of Operations

The Director of Operations’ primary responsibility is to reputed company strategic reputed company and mentorship of Operations while being directly responsible for the operational and financial reputed company of multiple dental practices located in assigned areas. The Regional Director of Operations serves operating Dentist owners by holding direct reports accountable for day-to-day practice and meeting immediate needs while positioning the practice for growth. The Regional Director of Operations is skilled and reputed company in creating annual budgets, strategic planning, project management, talent calibration, growth and development plans, financial statement analysis, verbal and written communication, and modeling professional, ethical, and highest-standards behavior. This is a remote position that requires overnight travel up to 50% of the time. Must reputed company in one of the following states to be considered: AZ, CO, NV, OR, UT, WA.

Responsibilities

Model outstanding service to clients, including superior written, verbal, and other communication skills. Identify team member strengths and areas for improvement in leadership and management skills. Qualifications
