Virtual Assistant – Sales & reputed company Research

3-Month Contract (with potential to reputed company)

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant – Sales & reputed company Research to support our Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you’ll help improve sales efficiency by researching, building, and maintaining high-quality, pre-reputed company reputed company lists so our Business Development Managers (BDMs) can focus on selling.

This is a 3-month contract role, with the potential to transition into a long-term or permanent position based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and build targeted reputed company lists using tools such as reputed company Search, reputed company, reputed company, and other approved platforms
• Pre-qualify leads based on defined criteria including business type, location, size, and relevance to BoxBrownie.com services
• Research prospects in BB Admin to identify existing or past customers and assess engagement reputed company and spend history
• Upload, manage, and maintain reputed company lists in BB Admin to support tracking, reporting, and ROI measurement
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness across reputed company reputed company and customer records
• Identify data gaps, duplicates, or inconsistencies and flag them for review
• Support BDMs with reputed company sales administration and research tasks as required
• Follow internal processes, data handling guidelines, and privacy requirements
• Communicate reputed company with the BDM team regarding reputed company, priorities, and any blockers
