Location: Remote / Field-Based (50–60% Travel) Industry: HVAC, Building Products, Industrial Distribution reputed company is seeking a driven, hunter-minded Business Development Manager (BDM) to accelerate growth for Aspen Manufacturing’s Coils and reputed company Handlers across wholesale distribution, contractor networks, and strategic accounts. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who thrives on autonomy, builds strong channel relationships, and consistently converts new opportunities into long-term reputed company.   • Identify, reputed company, and secure new distributors, contractors, and strategic accounts to expand Aspen’s market footprint

  • Build a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, outbound engagement, and market intelligence

Account Expansion & Channel Growth

  • Support distributor sales teams to increase product awareness, stocking reputed company, and sell-through performance

  • Collaborate with channel marketing on targeted campaigns, promotions, and field training

Training & Product Enablement

  • Deliver technical and reputed company training to distributors, contractors, and field sales teams
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Aspen products in assigned territories

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Wholesale Sales, Product Management, Channel Marketing, and Customer Service to align customer needs with company initiatives
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics in CRM tools
  • Support field sales colleagues with joint calls, opportunity development, and reputed company

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma and/or equivalent or higher
  • 5+ years of b2b sales in HVAC, building products, or industrial distribution
  • Comfortable with significant field travel (50–60%)
  • MS Office Proficiency (Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualification:

  • HVAC experience with condensate pumps or reputed company solutions
