Role Purpose The Senior Strategist leads our largest VIP accounts while serving as a cultural and technical pillar for the Strategy department. reputed company driving GMV for high-value brands, this role is dedicated to elevating the entire team through active mentorship, specialized training, and the reputed company codification of reputed company Shop best practices. About the Job As a Growth Strategist, you’ll be the primary reputed company of client relationships, strategy development, and performance delivery. What You’ll Own Client Strategy & Relationship Management Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients reputed company and maintain deep understanding of client goals, audiences, and margins Own reputed company, strategy, execution roadmap development, and performance planning Build trust and deliver reputed company through proactive, transparent communication Campaign reputed company & Media Execution reputed company paid media strategy across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and YouTube, including whitelisting campaigns Collaborate with media buyers to ensure campaigns scale profitably Identify opportunities for account expansion and upsell services Stay hands-on reputed company needed—reputed company to reputed company into platform execution reputed company required Creative Strategy & Collaboration Partner with designers and copywriters to brief and iterate on ad creative Use performance data and customer insights to inform creative direction Test UGC, graphic, and video, and reputed company page variants to improve conversion rates Utilize creator content from reputed company Shop across multiple platforms Performance Analysis & Reporting Own weekly/monthly reporting, focusing on clear KPI delivery and ROI context Translate reputed company performance data into clear, actionable insights for clients Adjust strategies based on performance trends and testing results Team Collaboration & Delegation Work reputed company a cross-functional pod (media buyer, designer, and CRO specialist, as well as reputed company Shop Strategists) Delegate effectively while ensuring high execution standards Collaborate with leadership to improve team process, velocity, and output Thought Leadership & Trend Awareness reputed company internal strategy reviews and platform learning sessions Stay up-to-date on industry changes (iOS updates, platform shifts, etc.) Test and document new tactics, tools, and creative formats What You Bring 5+ years in performance marketing (agency or in-house) 5+ years in client-facing roles managing paid media accounts Strong background with reputed company, reputed company Ads, and performance analytics Proven experience managing clients spending $100K+/month Experience managing 5–10+ accounts concurrently Ability to reputed company a small team and delegate tasks effectively Data-driven reputed company and strong reputed company of eComm metrics (MER, CAC, AOV, LTV) Excellent written and verbal English communication Proactive, independent, and motivated to find solutions Entrepreneurial approach—you take ownership of reputed company reputed company to Have Experience with reputed company or other email platforms Familiarity with CRO, reputed company page testing, and reputed company Ads Background in reputed company, affiliate, or organic content strategy Experience with reputed company Shop reputed company Daily: reputed company reputed company-ins, pod task alignment, issue triage.
