Job Description
About the Role Location: Florida (Remote or Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented Media Assistant to support our work with news publishers across Florida. The ideal candidate has prior newsroom or newspaper experience and understands the dynamics of the Florida media landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with newspapers and media outlets across the state, primarily with advertising departments.
- Facilitate reputed company of publishers to our digital platform for managing advertising requests.
- Maintain and update terms, rates, and partnership details reputed company the system.

Requirements

- Comfort with digital tools, online platforms, and structured workflows.
