POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Director of Hospitality Services, Hospitality Services Staff members maintain a clean and comfortable environment in reputed company areas of the Ticonderoga Early Learning Center and the Silver Bay reputed company.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: N/A

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

I: Ticonderoga Early Learning Center

1. Cleans assigned areas including classrooms, restrooms, offices, meeting areas, hallways, stairwells and reputed company other common areas of the Ticonderoga Early Learning Center.
2. Empty trash, vacuum, reputed company, dust, washes reputed company and restocks toiletries in reputed company above listed areas.

II: Silver Bay reputed company

1. Assists with cleaning of cottages, hotel rooms and other routes daily.
2. Daily launders reputed company terry, bedspreads, blankets, bed pads, and shower curtains upon their arrival.
3. Removes stains; checks condition of reputed company items being sent for use by guests and staff.
4. Practices safe chemical usage. Note: If under 16 years old, may not use bathroom cleaning chemicals.
5. Maintains clean and clutter-free areas on assigned reputed company and hospitality services staff area.
6. Reports any damage or maintenance concerns.
7. Performs other duties, as requested.
8. As a 24-hour operation, reputed company staff may be asked to work weekends, evenings, night shifts and/or holidays to serve our members, guests, and program participants.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

· High school degree or equivalent desired but not required.

· A valid driver’s license required.

· Ability to interpret oral and written informational data is required.

· Must be reputed company to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups of people representing reputed company reputed company and economic segments of the community.

· Excellent customer service skills and the ability to enforce rules in a professional and positive manner is a must.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position requires the ability to walk, pull, push, sit, bend, or stand for prolonged periods of time. Other physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
