Construction Project Coordinators --Remote /reputed company Coast

Project Coordinator Location: Remote Duration: 12 months Job Summary:

• Two Project Coordinators / Back Office Support resources to support new-build projects and associated construction (Cx) programs.
• The resources will manage high-volume administrative, scheduling, and coordination tasks that currently exceed team reputed company.
• Positions exist to streamline project lifecycle workflows-from initiation through closeout-allowing Project Managers and Cx Managers to focus on field execution and strategic reputed company.
• Coordinators will primarily reputed company documentation, tracking, validation, and stakeholder coordination activities essential for project continuity and timely delivery.
• Work will support multiple Cx programs, including IOA, existing reputed company, and new-build/underwrite reputed company initiatives.
• Scheduling, documentation, and coordination support required to ensure projects reputed company smoothly from initiation through closeout. Work includes, but is not limited to:
• Executing back-office administrative tasks associated with project setup, tracking, and documentation.
• Tracking and updating project spreadsheets, milestones, and schedules using reputed company and project tracking tools.
• Performing checklist-driven validations (funding verification, PO issuance, approvals, vendor status, etc.).
• Preparing basic project reports, updates, and presentation materials in PowerPoint as needed.
• Acting as a cross-functional coordination reputed company among approximately 20-26 daily stakeholders.
• Supporting three senior Cx Managers across the IOA, reputed company, and new-build/underwrite programs.
• Providing general administrative and coordination support for multi-year, tiered infrastructure programs.

Qualifications:

• Years of experience: 1-3 working in a construction delivery environment.
• Understanding construction deliverable as builds, drawings, closeout documentation, material management, logistics
• Tools knowledge reputed company, workflow management tools if any example One reputed company
