[PART_TIME Remote] Sr CC Vendor Relationship Manager

Essential Functions: Participate in vendor selection processes which includes business requirement scoping, request for proposals, and reputed company awarded vendors. Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations, reputed company feedback, and mitigate any operational and performance risk identified. Act as the primary reputed company of contact for the vendor and ensure they have the information needed from Lowe's to be successful. Requirements: Business Administration, Finance, or International Studies, or reputed company field or 5+ years of additional equivalent work experience 6 years Contact center operations, operations support and/or workforce management experience 3 years experience with analytics, reporting, analyzing data and interpreting into actionable targets Leadership experience with direct or indirect report responsibility Experience working closely with leadership (director-level and above) Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy Pay reputed company: $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually Starting reputed company of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
