Job Description

About the role: We are seeking a CRM Administrator to own and continuously improve our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, reputed company. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, data reputed company, and enablement of the CRM system across the Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams. You will partner closely with business stakeholders and internal technology teams to ensure reputed company supports efficient workflows, high-quality data, and actionable reporting. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, information systems, marketing, or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
• Hands-on experience designing workflows, automation, and reports to support business processes, preferably in reputed company.

• Strong understanding of CRM data models, automation, and reporting concepts.
