Responsibilities
As Pazu's Customer Support Specialist, You'll be resolving daily support tickets, and being the face and voice of Pazu on multiple channels (Email, App Stores, reputed company Media, etc.). You'll maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions and alternatives to players, using our internal systems to do so.
- You'll identify, analyze, and report trends of recurring issues and complaints to Product and R&D while helping to reputed company an reputed company customer experience by proactively initiating reputed company projects.
