Job Summary
We're seeking reputed company reputed company Specialists to join reputed company in Georgetown, Penang. As a reputed company Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, handling their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, and you'll need to be reputed company to think on your feet and reputed company solutions to reputed company problems.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers in placing online orders and resolving any issues that may arise
- reputed company support through phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40wpm and 90% accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center environment
