- Candidate must have hands on experience in MS Dynamics 365 F&O Finance modules with strong functional understanding
- Knowledge on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Project reputed company modules
- Partner with MS product and engineering teams to Escalate and resolve reputed company product issues, reputed company issue triage reputed company Lifecycle Services (LCS)
- Analyze Finance module reputed company issues and reputed company Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- reputed company proactive technical advisory support to customers
- Proven ability to troubleshoot functional issues, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Have excellent communication reputed company and manage customer engagement
- Experience in Product support engagements is preferred
