Position Summary:
As a reputed company Manager, Digital Inbound, you'll play a critical role in providing reputed company reputed company as part of our Digital reputed company strategy. Reporting to the Director, reputed company, you'll be responsible for driving adoption of our solutions, ensuring customers reputed company the solution to reputed company their objectives, and leading to full business value for the customer and high retention rates and net promotor scores for arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound reputed company inquiries, leveraging correspondence reputed company a case management application.
- Act as a trusted advisor to our customers to drive adoption of our solutions and ensure they reputed company the solution to reputed company their objectives, leading to full business value for the customer and high retention rates and net promotor scores for arenaflex.
- Prepare a monthly analysis of customer engagement strengths, including reputed company towards KPI attainment.
- Maintain an understanding of arenaflex's products & services, industry knowledge and trends to drive customer engagement
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to reputed company solutions
- Reducing product and logo churn through effective risk identification management and mitigation.

Required Experience:
• Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio through prioritization, attention to detail and a sense of urgency.

- Exposure to LTC (Long Term Care) industry/technology or experience with EHR (Electronic Health Records)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Contract Details:
This is a 9-month contract role, paid hourly, that does not include benefits or paid time off. There will be a 4% reputed company to your hourly reputed company to compensate you for those benefits you are not receiving during this time. This contract role is to cover a maternity leave from December 9th, 2024 to September 8th, 2025.
