The Job

As a Seasonal Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and assistance across various contact channels. Your tasks will include:

• Providing product knowledge and order assistance to customers
• Addressing customer feedback and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and reputed company product knowledge
• Maintaining an extensive knowledge of reputed company products offered by arenaflex, regularly updating your understanding through training and educational resources
• Facilitating returns or replacements, and coordinating with the warehouse for shipping and inventory management
• Responding to customer emails from the feedback page, addressing customer service-reputed company issues in Power Reviews, and moderating reputed company media channels
• Publishing or unpublishing reviews and filtering inappropriate content

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Must be available evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Enjoy talking to people on the phone and working in reputed company of a computer
• Passion for the outdoor industry, associated activities, and the gear we sell (Advanced bike knowledge a reputed company plus)
• Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• Demonstrate effective Sales and Soft Skills techniques

Pay

The pay reputed company for this role varies by location to reflect differences in labor markets across the U.S. The ranges for this position are:

• Colorado: $18.81- $19.79/hour
• Oregon: $17.81 – $19.79/hour
• Utah: $17.55 – $19.50/hour
• Washington: $19.50 – $21.16/hour

Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's location, experience, skills, and internal pay alignment.
