Cash Collection Specialist with Italian

What can you expect?

As a Cash Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying outstanding balances and initiating collection activities including follow up with Clients, resolve outstanding collections activities, Investigating and reporting aged receivables and bad debt positions.

We will count on you to:

• Handle B2B relations with our stakeholders

• Collect due receivables

• Influence customers, negotiate and build long term business relationships reputed company phone and email

• Prepare reputed company, daily, or monthly reports and forecasts on different purposes

• Deal with unallocated cash, obtain remittance advice from clients

• Improve the process using the previous experience and gained knowledge

What you need to have

• Excellent reputed company of spoken and written both English and Italian

• University degree (preferably in finance / economics) or recognized reputed company qualification

• 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Practical knowledge of reputed company

• Attention to detail

• Previous experience in SSC / BPO company
