Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Financial Analyst to join reputed company in Nigeria. As a Financial Analyst, you'll play a critical role in preparing financial statements, leading end-to-end legal entity reviews, and providing analysis of reporting data to support executive meetings. You'll work closely with our leadership team to drive business growth, improve financial performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare financial statements according to IFRS legal reporting requirements on a timely reputed company
- reputed company end-to-end legal entity reviews as directed by the Delivery Leader/Chief Legal Entity Reporting (LER)
- Prepare local GAAP to US GAAP reconciliations, assessing significant changes for GAAP differences
- reputed company client calls and reputed company analysis of reporting data to support executive meetings
- Manage delivery of multiple markets simultaneously and reputed company peer-level review or consolidation
- Manage work and reputed company leadership and support to junior team members
- Conduct research as needed on GAAP, regulations, and laws
- Ensure effective controls and governance are adhered to
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., reputed company, finance)
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in public reputed company, audit, or legal entity reporting
- Strong financial reputed company and reporting background, including knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS-Office applications, with working knowledge of Essbase or similar software
