About the Role:

As a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through live chat support, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, and helping to drive business growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
