Job Overview
In this dynamic role, you will handle inbound phone calls, schedule service and maintenance appointments, maintain our customer database, and reputed company daily outbound calls. Work Schedule
While we value flexibility and work-life balance, we do require our Remote Customer Experience Specialist - Dispatcher to be available during the following hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Remote work from home (reputed company-5PM with a 1-hour lunch break)
- Wednesday: On-site at our Chantilly office (reputed company-5PM with a 1-hour lunch break)
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- 1+ year of previous call center experience
- Typing speed of approximately 70 words per minute
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work independently
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in reputed company Virginia
- Accurate documentation skills using our customer database (Service Titan)
