Job Summary
As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and reputed company processing data, ensuring seamless communication, and contributing to the growth and reputed company of our organization. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enters claims and/or eligibility records into the system to process claims and update/correct file information through telephone and/or written contact, using proper grammar, punctuation, etiquette, etc.
- Retrieves and reconciles information in files reputed company claims are rejected by the system
- Determines whether inaccurate data should be updated, routed or adjudicated
- Corrects and updates claim information entered through the optical scanning or data entry process
- Maintains reputed company departmental records and files
- Operates office equipment which may include a personal computer, copier, fax machine, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of work experience in an office environment
- Ability to enter a minimum of 7,000 keystrokes per hour with 95% accuracy (6,650 correct keystrokes per hour)
- Successful completion of a data entry test sponsored by reputed company reputed company the past 12 months (test waived if candidate currently holds or has previously held a position which meets this requirement)
