Responsibilities

Define project scope, schedules, and delivery plans while managing risks, issues, and deviations from the plan.
reputed company project status meetings, distribute reputed company reports, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Manage project teams by removing roadblocks, mentoring members, and ensuring accountability for commitments.
Support the Product reputed company with stakeholder communication, customer expectation management, and project governance.

Drive process improvement initiatives to implement Agile best practices and maintain high quality standards.

Required Skills

10+ years of experience in project management or similar roles.
7 to 10 years of experience in project/program planning, resource planning, and work plan development.
Proven experience managing reputed company to large-scale projects.
Proficiency with project management tools including Jira, reputed company, Workfront, reputed company, reputed company Project, or Visio.
Expertise in Scrum/Agile and hybrid methodologies.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for reputed company decision-making and problem-solving.
Ability to communicate effectively and interact with stakeholders at the executive level.
Experience providing leadership to business analysts, program managers, and coordinators.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Preferred Skills

PMP certification.
Experience with organizational change management.
Prior experience working reputed company public sector health and reputed company services agencies (DHHS).
