Companion Animal Regional Manager
Job Description:

- Prepare and implement a comprehensive region business plan
- Directly impact business unit performance through strong leadership and management skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with at least 8 years of relevant work experience (OR 12 years without a Bachelor’s degree)
- At least two (2) years leadership experience with demonstrated accomplishments is preferred
- Technical, product & market knowledge

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills and critical thinking and analytical skills

- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be available for extensive overnight travel (75%)

- Sales experience and/or experience reputed company the Animal Health Industry preferred
- Knowledge of animal health biological and pharmaceutical products preferred
- Understanding or experience working with distribution preferred
- Multi-lingual reputed company preferred, particularly in Spanish
