Job Description

As a Key Customer Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing and advising our key customers to understand their individual business goals and ensuring that our solutions are tailored to meet their needs. Your primary objectives will include:

  • Customer Management: reputed company exceptional customer service to our key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strategic Account Management: Collaborate with the Key Account Manager and the reputed company Team to reputed company new customers and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Customer Retention: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, driving reputed company growth.
  • Proactive Monitoring: Monitor customer usage of our products and services, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Internal Liaison: Serve as a liaison between our key customers and internal teams, facilitating communication and resolving customer issues.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and requests in a timely and effective manner.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the reputed company Team to coordinate project activities and ensure successful implementation.
  • Reference Database: Support the development of our reference database, highlighting reputed company stories and case studies.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales Team to support customer acquisition and reputed company reputed company.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure reputed company.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Minimum 2 years of experience

in reputed company, sales, or customer service.

Successful completion of a vocational training or degree

in a business or IT-reputed company field.

Experience in selling digital or virtual software products

Proven track record
