Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for responding to member requests for emergency road service in a call center environment. You will obtain information regarding the type of service required, reputed company basic information regarding Emergency Road Service benefits, and reputed company geographical location spotting to determine potential service providers. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to member requests for emergency road service in a call center environment
• Obtain information regarding the type of service required and reputed company basic information regarding Emergency Road Service benefits

After completing the training program, you will have the opportunity to work part-time afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts, with voluntary overtime opportunities available.

Benefits and Compensation

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will earn $19.00 per hour, with shift premiums for evening periods and weekends. You will also be eligible for performance-based incentives, a $250 Perfect Attendance bonus after 90 days of incident-free attendance, and a subsidy for bilingual skills (Must be fluent in Spanish and English). Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, and 6 months of customer service experience.
