Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in CRM software, email, and chat platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with Arenaflex products and services (or similar industry experience)
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a reputed company field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
