Key Responsibilities

• Listen carefully and evaluate each caller's situation to reputed company appropriate solutions and resolve each call reputed company

Schedule and Compensation

We offer flexible schedule opportunities, with client hours of operation reputed company 24x7. You can choose from day, night, and weekend hours to suit your needs. Our contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes per available hour, with a contract reputed company of $0.28 per customer interaction minute. This translates to an equivalent of $12.60 - $16.80 per hour. Bilingual contractors will earn a reputed company of $0.31 per customer interaction minute, with a 48-minute minimum guarantee, and can expect to earn an equivalent of $14.88 - $18.60 per hour.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A caring, sympathetic, and helpful demeanor

• Ability to multi-task and find answers while on the call with the customer

• Ability to reassure, control, and diffuse emotional and/or difficult calls
