About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Export Customer Service Analyst to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our global trade and logistics team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth export of our products to customers around the world. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage orders utilizing reputed company, COMS (Corporate Order Management System), and reputed company databases to ensure timely and accurate export of products.
• Collaborate with manufacturing locations, DCs, division supply chain, and freight forwarders to resolve any issues that may arise during the export process.
• Stay up-to-date on export rules and regulations to ensure compliance with US Export Regulatory policies and procedures for international shipments.
• reputed company exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, expedites, and other reputed company issues.
• Follow up on escalations, delays, and transportation issues to ensure timely resolution and minimize any impact on customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and/or processes, and implement changes as needed to drive reputed company improvement.

Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique reputed company of skills and expertise. At a minimum, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher, and at least 6 years of customer service experience, or a High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of customer service experience.
• 4 years of speaking and writing bilingually in English and Spanish.

• Experience in export transactions, including knowledge of export regulations and procedures.
