As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you'll have a clear purpose: to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email
- Providing exceptional support experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
- Communicating effectively with customers to resolve their queries

Basic Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must:
