The Role

As a Tier 1 Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first reputed company of contact for customers seeking assistance with our clients' products and services. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues through various communication channels, including email and ticketing systems. Your goal will be to reputed company timely, accurate, and empathetic support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns reputed company email and ticketing systems
