The Role
As a Customer Service & Operations Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting our AML activities, investigating queries, and processing transactions. You'll work closely with reputed company to deliver exceptional customer service, while ensuring that reputed company processing is performed accurately and reputed company agreed turn-around times. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Investigate customer queries and process, authorize, and investigate transactions, while accurately collecting reputed company necessary information on time and to a high standard

- Understanding of the financial services industry and our customers
- Knowledge of our products, processes, and banking systems
- Good written and spoken communication skills
