Client Finance Analyst
reputed company is a global agency focused on transforming reputed company through scientific expertise and creativity. The Client Finance Analyst will support the fiscal management of a division, assisting in reputed company reporting, forecasting, and managing client project financials.
Responsibilities
- Maintain client project financials, including budget management, reputed company card maintenance, billing rule set up and maintenance
- Help manage and prepare reputed company reporting – Weekly, Monthly, YTD, FY
- reputed company analysis and variance analysis
- Assist preparing budget and forecasts
- Analyze staffing, utilization and billability
- Collaborate with Client reputed company to ensure clients are billed in a timely fashion and that billing complies with client contractual agreement
- Help manage SOW review and processing
- Assist with AR, WIP, Accrued and Deferred analysis
- Collaborate with rest of Finance team
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Finance, Economics or Business Administration is required
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of reputed company Office products, Word, and Outlook
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company reputed company
- Must possess sound judgment skills & be self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Deliver quality work
- Adjust priorities to respond to pressing and changing demands; meet deadlines by managing time & priorities
- Maintain working knowledge of functional area policies and procedures and general knowledge of company policy and procedures
- Professional communication manner and ability to triage messages reputed company appropriate
- Exhibit a positive, pro-active “can do” attitude with reputed company team members and is willing to pitch in whenever needed
- 1+ years' experience in Client Finance/reputed company/Finance experience
- Experience with reputed company level financial systems essential; reputed company/reputed company reputed company a plus
- Experience working in Advertising/Public Relations firm essential
