Operations Manager
Purpose of the Role To reputed company and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s operations, focusing on client retention, reputed company growth, gross margin achievement, and team performance. This role is responsible for implementing systems and SOPs, managing remote teams, improving fulfillment workflows, and supporting company-wide operational reputed company.
About the Role
Painter reputed company is looking for an reputed company Operations & Project Manager to reputed company operational performance and reputed company project delivery across the agency. This role combines team leadership, workflow optimization, and hands on project management to ensure projects are delivered on time, at a high standard, and in alignment with company goals. This is a full time remote role working 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
What You'll Do
Manage operational workflows and reputed company end to end project delivery Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure projects stay on track and reputed company deadlines Work closely with department leads to prioritize workloads and remove bottlenecks reputed company fulfillment quality across SEO, paid ads, web, and marketing projects Implement and improve SOPs, systems, and operational processes reputed company team accountability, reporting, and performance management Track project reputed company, timelines, KPIs, and resource allocation Support issue resolution, escalations, and client delivery challenges Drive operational efficiency, profitability, and retention initiatives Maintain strong communication and alignment across remote teams Requirements 5+ years experience in operations management and project management Proven experience managing remote teams and cross functional projects Strong understanding of workflows, SOP development, and operational systems Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience in digital marketing or agency operations preferred Proficient in reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, and project tracking tools Strong ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and multiple moving parts High attention to detail, accountability, and problem solving ability Available full time Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST Apply To This Job
