About the role The Work Incentive Specialist serves as the primary reputed company of contact for employed beneficiaries as it relates to reputed company Return to Work program. The Work Incentive Specialist is responsible for building a positive relationship with the employed beneficiary. What you'll do Handle inbound and outbound calls Effectively manage conversations Build rapport and redirect conversation Review correspondence Complete necessary forms reputed company on-going education about the reputed company reputed company Administration Ticket-to-Work program and encourages on-going participation Achieves performance targets Opportunity for Monthly Bonuses
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience (HS Diploma or GED required) One (1) to two (2) years’ customer service Ability to learn, retain and apply information Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills Strong organizational skills Excellent written/verbal communication and customer relations skills Must be flexible, reputed company and reputed company to change Highly motivated and reputed company driven
