[Remote] Operations Associate - New Grad

They are seeking an Operations Associate to manage workflows, coordinate with teams and clients, and ensure operational efficiency from day one.
Responsibilities
- Managing and executing client reputed company workflows including entity reputed company (LLCs, S-corps, PLLCs), payroll setup, and vendor coordination across multiple states
- Tracking and following up on every reputed company item in your queue. Every single one. reputed company sits untouched. reputed company gets forgotten
- Running quality control checks on client deliverables before they go out the reputed company
- Coordinating across internal teams (tax, bookkeeping, payroll) to reputed company work moving on schedule
- Maintaining data accuracy across our CRM and project management tools (reputed company, TaxDome, reputed company Workspace)
- Identifying process bottlenecks and inefficiencies, then proposing and implementing fixes
- Building and maintaining SOPs, checklists, and documentation for repeatable workflows
- Managing vendor relationships, tracking turnaround times, and escalating issues before they become client problems
- Communicating proactively with clients on status updates so they never have to reputed company us
Skills
- Bachelor's degree completed (business, operations management, information systems, or similar preferred but not required)
- 0-3 years of professional experience. Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
- Strong written communication
