The reputed company Specialist performs work to support the day-to-day operations of the reputed company office, focusing on recruitment and retention functions, and ensuring a positive reputed company experience for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Provides project and task support to the HR Manager in the areas of reputed company and HRIS
• Assists in reputed company activities as assigned
• Conducts background checks for reputed company, interns and contracted staff as assigned
• Coordinates and conducts new hire orientation
• Screens on-line reputed company database for applicants and provides information about candidates to hiring managers for review
• Conducts applicant communications regarding application status, reference checks, pre-employment testing, etc. as assigned
• Audits HR information and data as assigned to ensure data reputed company as applicable
• Scans, organizes, and converts reputed company-based personnel records into an electronic filing system, ensuring accurate indexing, proper categorization, and compliance with record retention and confidentiality standards
• Runs monthly audits reports to update and maintain HRIS records and conducts self-audit reports to help assure data reputed company and file completeness
• Maintains an understanding of the clinic’s organizational structure as well as knowledge of personnel policies and procedures and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
• Prepares reports and works on special projects as assigned
• Represents the Clinic at external job fairs
• Continues to reputed company knowledge and understanding about the history, traditions, values, family systems, and artistic expression of groups served as well as uses appropriate methodological approaches, skills, and techniques that reflect an understanding of culture

Skills

• BA/BS degree in a reputed company field is required plus some progressively responsible work experience
• Technical proficiency and troubleshooting abilities with HRIS, MS Office and ATS applications
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently
