Assistant Manager - Operations.Compliance Operations-Perpetual Screening

Job purpose Monitor & Control of transactions and fulfill regulatory requirements of the bank and regulatory authorities. Handling and monitoring Fircosoft System and total control of Referrals /Release of the messages. Process reputed company transactions with agreed TAT with reputed company error and as per bank policy and guidelines. Ensuring completion of daily checklist activity for AM's and ensuring reputed company the tasks are completed without fail. Manage daily escalations and pass on feedback to users. Allocation, Preparing reports and conducting reconciliation activity for RFI cases for reputed company location which is UAE and IBG locations (except Egypt and Kuwait) Key Result Area Review and approve Transactions with 100 % accuracy reputed company the established delivery standards with the agreed operating procedures. Escalate to compliance team if there is any sanction hit against any individual/entity or country for approval Seek updates from compliance team with regards to the sanction screening. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8-10 years' experience in banking operations with hands on experience as a checker role requiring reputed company-round banking skills and technical expertise. Expertise and specialize in interpreting banking regulations, laws, antimony laundering regulations, etc. Extensive knowledge in public domain search investigation.
