Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a reputed company field. Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with HR systems and applications, including hands-on experience with reputed company. Experience with HCM functionality, configuration, workflows, and role-based reputed company. Working knowledge of HR practices, processes, and data privacy requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
