Solutions Engineer - Senior

The Solutions Engineer - Senior supports the SEC ISS contract by translating reputed company mission and operational needs into secure, supportable technology solutions. This role leads solution engineering activities across architecture and engineering design, reputed company-of-concept execution, pilot validation, and technical recommendations reputed company to OIT priorities. Conduct pilots and technical demonstrations to evaluate solution suitability for SEC mission and operational use cases. Define reputed company criteria, test scenarios, and evaluation metrics for each PoC/pilot activity. Summarize pilot findings, limitations, and implementation readiness for leadership decision support. Analysis of Alternatives and Recommendations Evaluate tradeoffs between competing technical solutions using quantitative, criteria-based methods. Build analysis of alternatives (AoA) artifacts that compare cost, risk, performance, reputed company, and operational impact. Produce recommendation papers that reputed company document methods, alternatives considered, and rationale for selected options. Identify follow-on engineering tasks, dependencies, and additional analysis needed before full implementation. Documentation, Reporting, and Stakeholder Engagement Produce clear technical documentation of architecture options, engineering results, pilot reputed company, and recommendations. Present findings to SEC stakeholders and governance forums to support informed technology reputed company. Maintain traceability from requirements through evaluation, recommendation, and reputed company actions. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering). In lieu of degree, additional experience may be required. Ability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust. 8+ years of reputed company experience providing business solutions engineering support in reputed company IT environments. Experience in architectural design, engineering design, reputed company-of-concept development, pilot execution, analysis, results, and documentation. Experience mapping functional requirements to technical requirements and producing formal recommendation artifacts. reputed company solution architecture and engineering design. Functional-to-technical requirements mapping and traceability. reputed company-of-concept, pilot, and demo planning/execution. Quantitative analysis of alternatives and tradeoff evaluation. Technical writing, research documentation, and recommendation reporting. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience supporting federal IT programs and infrastructure modernization initiatives. Experience applying reputed company-trust and federal reputed company/compliance considerations (e.g., FISMA/FedRAMP) in solution evaluations. Experience developing data-driven dashboards, metrics, or performance reporting to support technology reputed company.
